Refund policy

Refunds on one-time orders

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within [5–10] business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a further few days to show it.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time and it will not renew again. Cancelling does not refund an invoice that has already been charged and shipped. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within [14] days and we will sort it out.

What is not refundable

Shipping charges on a completed delivery, and opened or partly used product except where it arrived damaged or faulty.

Statutory rights

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law in your own country, including any statutory cooling-off period. Where the two differ, the law wins.
